The St. Paul Insurance Company Retains CommuniCom for Useability Testing: The St. Paul Insurance company recently retained CommuniCom to perform Useability Testing for the estpaul.com site. Useability Testing reviews areas of user concern such as logic flow, consistency, navigation, page formatting, graphics and text. The ultimate goal is to assure that the user's experience is of the highest quality. Useability Testing is performed during the site development process. User groups are incorporated into the development process. The Useability Testing module is managed by Dr. Robert Baron, who specializes in ergonomic issues, in collaboration with CommuniCom.
